‘Yoga Babies’ yoga session & book reading with Sheena Dempsey
Where: Richmond Literature Festival, (Coach House/Orleans House Gallery, TW1 3DJ)
When: Monday 5th November, 10.15-11.15am

An interactive sensory yoga session for parents and children aged 1-3 years inspired by Fearne Cotton’s popular book Yoga Babies.

Qualified family yoga teacher Manny Ngo will lead a relaxed yoga session featuring some of the poses from the book, whilst acclaimed children’s illustrator and author Sheena Dempsey will be reading and drawing characters from the book live.

After the session copies of Yoga Babies will be available to buy and Sheena will be signing copies for any little yogis. Suitable for adults with toddlers (aged 1-3yrs).

Manny Ngo Yoga | Upcoming events: Family Yoga Class

Family Yoga – “Yoga Circus”
Where: The Gallery, Greenwich West Community Centre, SE10 8JA
When: Saturday 30 June, 1.30-2.30PM

Come and join me for a circus-themed family and kids yoga session! We will become yogi acrobats, jugglers, rope walkers and even clowns! This 60mins class is aimed at families with children aged 5-10yrs as we will be doing a few more advanced poses but children from 3+ are more than welcome to join. Mats and light snacks will be provided – please bring a bottle of water.

Family Yoga Fundraiser Class
Where: Music Room at Under 1 Roof, Unit 9, Skeffington Street, SE18 6SR
When: Sunday 3 June, 10.45-11.30AM

Join me on Sunday for a fabulous yoga journey to the beach! We will be exploring a summer holiday/beach theme and will be playing with a lot of partner poses and maybe even try some acroyoga! This 45mins class is suitable for families with children aged 2-5 years but families with younger/older siblings are more welcome to join. Mats will be provided.

I am raising money for my Run for Diabetes 5K event at Greenwich Park so all of the proceedings from this class will be donated to Young Diabetes Connections, a part of King’s College Hospital Charity.
